Women in Agriculture

Celebrating. Connecting. Growing.

North Carolina is proud to be a diversified farming state—approximately 32.5% of North Carolina farmers are female. AgCarolina Farm Credit is committed to recognizing women within the agricultural industry, a demographic that continues to grow.

There is something magical about providing an opportunity for women in agriculture to connect, laugh and learn together. Therefore, a conference is hosted each spring to celebrate and recognize women in agriculture.
